3. Payments, Pricing & Refund Policy

All services are offered under agreed pricing and payment terms. Payments must be made on time as outlined in the project agreement. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to our refund policy. Failure to complete payments may result in paused or discontinued work.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients retain full ownership of the final delivered website, design, and assets. Olam Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Revisions & Scope of Work

Projects include a defined number of revisions based on the agreed scope. Any additional changes or requests beyond the original scope may require extra charges and timeline adjustments.

6. Project Timelines & Delivery

We strive to deliver projects within the agreed timeframe. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and external factors. We will communicate any delays or adjustments transparently.

7. Maintenance & Support

Ongoing maintenance or support services are only included if specified in the agreement. Additional support requests after project completion may be subject to separate charges.

8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Olam Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates terms, engages in unethical behavior, or fails to meet agreed obligations.
